We process your order immediately or at the latest the following day.
We would like to note that our online store only accepts direct orders from USA. Customers in other countries can use the multilingual shop for product research.
If you live within the European Union you can order our products via sw-motech.com. If you live outside of the United States and the European Union, you are also welcome to take advantage of our local distributors in your country. If unexpectedly we cannot deliver on time, we will inform you about the estimated delivery time or we will send a partial delivery. The subsequent delivery will not incur any additional shipping costs for you.
