- Visiting the SW-MOTECH USA Showroom
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm and features a limited number of products on display. We do not offer installation services at this time, however your local dealer should be able to install any of our products.
The showroom does not handle retail sales, all sales are placed through the website sw-motech.us and are shipped from our off-site Portland warehouse Monday–Friday except on holidays.
- When do orders ship?
Orders placed before 12:00 noon Pacific (3:00pm Eastern) weekdays usually ship out on the same day. You will get an order confirmation email upon placing an order. Once it ships, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking link. If your order contains any parts designated as “Ships From Germany” instead of “immediately available” or “Last Stocks Available”, the order will go into backorder status until the parts come in from Germany. If you would like us to release the in-stock parts, please email us your request with your order number.
- What is my Motorcycle’s Type Code?
The “Type Code” for motorcycle models on our bike filter indicates modelvariations. Occasionally these type codes don’t correlate with US models and can create confusion. Most parts aren’t affected by the model code, so you can leave that section blank (Select Make/Model/Year only) and see if the part number is the same for various model codes. As long as the various types listed for your model bike all use the same part number, the part will be compatible with your bike, regardless of type. If the part you are looking for does depend on the model code, and you aren’t able to find yours, please email us with the part you are looking for, and your Make, Model, Year and any special packages or accessories on the bike and we can help you find the correct part.

We do not currently offer any discounts programs except for special sales promotions which are promoted on our website, social media, and in our newsletter. Sign up for the newsletter at check out to receive sales promotion notifications and new product releases or let us know you would like to be added.
- Warranty and Returns
If you have a potential warranty claim with a product purchased from a distributor and/or retailer, please reach out to that business directly with your concern. (Twisted Throttle, Revzilla etc). SW-MOTECH USA warranties products sold through www.sw-motech.us, please provide your order number and product code when contacting us about a potential warranty claim.

Companies the world over have been experiencing product sourcing and international shipping delays due to the on going COVID-19 pandemic. We greatly appreciate your patience with any delays you might experience with your order.
