BACKORDERS AND DELAYS

What happens if an item is out of stock?

Items out of stock in our Portland warehouse will ship from our warehouse in Germany. Check your order confirmation for the estimated shipping date, which may vary by item. Once items arrive at our USA warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification with a UPS tracking number. For items listed as “Last Stocks Available” that sell out before fulfilling your order, they will be shipped from Germany, and you will be notified of the updated shipping date via email. We appreciate your patience with any delays.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

How can I submit a warranty claim or return?

For warranty claims or return requests, please contact us via mail with your order number or proof of purchase from one of our retailers or distributors. Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with pictures and your current contact information in the email.

SPECIAL OFFERS

Do you offer discount programs?

We do not currently offer general discount programs except for special sales promotions advertised on our website, social media, and newsletter.

Visit our sale section for currently discounted items and our B-stock section for lightly damaged or used items.

We offer a 10% discount for active-duty military, veterans, and first responders. Please contact us via e-mail for details.

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

What is my motorcycle’s "Type"?

The “Type” indicates model variations, which may not always match US models. Most parts are unaffected by the model´s type code, so you can leave that section blank and select only Make/Model/Year to see if the part number matches. If the part number is the same, it will be compatible with your bike regardless of the type. If the part depends on the model code and you cannot find yours, please contact us by mail with your bike’s Make, Model, Year, and any special packages or accessories. We will be happy to assist you.

VISITING THE SW-MOTECH USA SHOWROOM

When is your showroom open?

Our showroom is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, by appointment only. You can view a limited selection of our products on display.

Do you offer installation services?

We do not offer installation services at this time. However, your local dealer should be able to install any of our products.

Can I make purchases at the showroom?

The showroom does not handle retail sales. All purchases must be made through our website, and orders are shipped from our warehouse in Portland, Oregon, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
