Cancellation and Return

We aim to make returns simple and straightforward. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date. Please follow our guidelines to ensure a quick turnaround and a 100% refund.

How to Return

  • Items in New Condition: Ensure items are unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and protective films.
  • Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date.
  • Customer Support: Contact us at info@sw-motech.us with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process.

Returns Beyond 30 Days: Please contact us if you need to initiate a return after the 30-day period.

Return Conditions

To receive a full refund, please ensure your return adheres to the following conditions:

  • Proper Packaging: Return items in their original packaging, avoiding any damage to it.
  • Condition of Items: Returns must be in new condition. Signs of use such as scratches, dirt, or pet hair will result in a restocking fee and possible reduction of the refund.
  • Incomplete Returns: Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted.

Note: Shipping fees, duties, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Conditions

Post-Shipping: Orders canceled after shipping will incur a cancellation fee deducted from the refund.

Return Process

  • Initiate Return: Email us at info@sw-motech.us with your order number and reason for return.
  • Packaging: Use the original packaging for the return. Avoid damaging the packaging and include the invoice, RMA number, and any necessary contact information.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Use a carrier with tracking and/or insurance.

Warranty Claims: Approved warranty claims will receive a return shipping label.

Return Processing

  • Inspection: Returns are processed at our US office, where they are inspected and credited.
  • Refund: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Orders partially paid with gift cards will have the gift card amount refunded first, with the balance credited to the original payment method.
  • Expired Cards: If the card used for the original order has expired, please contact our customer service before starting the return process.
